Using a simple elasticated trim, it attaches securely around the brim of most hard hats to help shield workers from prolonged UV exposure during outdoor work.

Unlike full replacement systems, this is built for fast rollout and low resistance. Workers keep the hard hats they already wear, while gaining lightweight rear and side coverage where sun exposure is most severe. The 30cm neck flap provides extended protection across the neck and upper shoulders while remaining lightweight, breathable and comfortable during long shifts. Available in micro mesh, 100% cotton and fire-retardant options, it can be matched to different site requirements and environmental conditions.
